It is much warmer here in Phoenix but in other parts of the country (and parts of the world) winter is taking place and still in full swing. I had this video done about a month ago when, in my humble opinion, it was very cold. YES, it was cold in Phoenix… that one day…
Here’s an easy recipe that is healthy, warming and grounding for the body to incorporate into your diet. It’s gluten free (I use ezekiel tortillas instead of flour) and use all organic veggies.
