I posted this video a few weeks ago on 2BAware. As active as I am, I still find that I spend much time in front of my computer and so, here are 3 simple, upper body stretches that you can incorporate into your daily regime. It doesn’t require much time nor much space. Enjoy!

I get asked often how I stay in shape. All the exercise with flamenco dancing certianly helps keep me trim, but that’s only part of it. My diet has had a huge impact on my ability to stay healthy and energized. About 5 months ago I was fortunate enough to cross paths with an incredible nutritionist, Christa Orecchio.
