Lena’s Bio
Lena Jácome attained her B.F.A. Degree in Dance Performance at New World School of the Arts in Miami, FL and earned her M.F.A. Degree in Choreography and Performance at Arizona State University. She was a Roster Artist through the Arizona Commission on the Arts and awarded several professional study grants to study Flamenco in Spain.
Lena has toured and worked with many age groups and various socio-economic communities in setting choreographic works, providing dance master classes and lecture demonstrations.
