Shall We Dance

June 30, 2008

It’s been a busy, but phenomenal weekend. Below are a few photos taken from Alma Schnell’s successful concert, Shall We Dance. I had a great time and I was so impressed with Alma’s kind and gracious students. I was impressed with their professionalism and their respectful manor with Alma and with one another. It was a true pleasure & an honor to be a part of her wonderful concert.

With the beautiful Alma Schnell.

My instructor/mentor, Lourdes Rogriguez after the concert, backstage. She’s AMAZING!

I was in Prescott over Father’s Day Weekend in order to attend the Chaparral MusicFest and in the off time, celebrate my birthday. I had the opportunity to visit with some good friends, Tiffany Conner & Gertie Miles, as well as, observe two phenomenal performances by Chris Burton Jácome. Below are a few photos of the great time in Prescott.

June Podcasts

June 2, 2008

It is unbelievable how quickly time flies! We are already into June!! My schedule tends to vary over the summer months and this aspect always excites me since the variation in schedule seems to allow me the liberty to get involved with unexpected projects. One new project has been the development of a new podcast that I am associated with. Make sure to stop by http://www.chrisburtonjacome.com and check it out. On a side note, I was at the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch with Mosaico on Saturday Night and I have a few photos. I always have a GREAT time when I’m there.
